Order processing
Orders placed before 4pm are packed the same working day; anything later ships the next working day. You'll get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹59 applies — the exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is currently unavailable. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Delays
Festivals, weather and courier backlogs can add a day or two. If your parcel hasn't moved for 48 hours, message us with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
