Add any items marked "Combo" to your bag. Once you have the qualifying quantity (for example 5 kurti sets), the bundle price replaces the individual prices automatically. No coupon code needed.

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, plus cash on delivery in most pincodes.

Yes, for serviceable pincodes on orders up to ₹5,000. The checkout will tell you if COD is available for your address.

Failed transactions are auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. Your order stays reserved — you can retry payment from My Orders, or message us with the transaction reference.

Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days. South India: 3–5 days. Rest of India: 4–7 days. You can check the exact estimate for your pincode on any product page.

Free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat ₹59 applies, shown clearly before you pay.

Use the Track Order link in the footer with your order number and the phone or email used at checkout. Account holders can also track from My Orders.

Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements. When in doubt, size up — our kurtis have a relaxed fit. You can also WhatsApp us your usual size and we will advise.

Raise an exchange from My Orders within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are free as long as the replacement size is in stock.

Returns can be raised within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us.

Send us the unboxing video and photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Approved damage claims get a free replacement or a full refund, and return shipping is on us.
