Return & refund policy
Seven days to raise a return on unused items, with a simple refund process.
Return window
You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.
How to raise a return
- Go to My Account → Orders and open the order.
- Click Request return, pick the items and tell us why.
- Attach photos (and your unboxing video for damage claims).
- We'll confirm within 24 hours and arrange a pickup where available.
Refunds
Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
What we cannot accept
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Products returned without tags or original packaging
- Combo bundles returned partially — the full bundle must come back
- Requests raised after the 7-day window
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free where the replacement size is in stock. Choose "Exchange" when raising the request and tell us the size you need.
