Exchanges only, within 48 hours, with an unboxing video. Please read before ordering.
At On Fleek Women Fashion we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
When we accept a return or exchange
Only in these two cases:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
When we cannot
- Change of mind.
- Colour preference.
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.
An unboxing video is mandatory
To request a return or exchange you must have a single uninterrupted unboxing video. It must:
- Start before the sealed package is opened.
- Clearly show the shipping label and the package.
- Show the entire unboxing without any cuts or edits.
- Clearly show the damage or the incorrect product received.
Requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.
How to raise a request
- Contact 8925123383 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share photos of the product and the complete unboxing video.
- Return the product in its original condition with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for returned products.
- Approved requests are processed as a replacement or exchange only, subject to availability.
- If the same product is unavailable we will offer a similar product of equal value, or store credit, at our discretion.
Important
- Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
- On Fleek Women Fashion reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
